SHIPPING AND EXCHANGES
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We offer complimentary door to door delivery to addresses within Singapore for any order over $100 (in a single order). For orders below $100, your order will be shipped via courier at a standard rate of $3.60.
Order(s) will be shipped within 3-5 working days after you receive the 'Order Confirmation' email.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship to selected zones in Malaysia for a flat fee of 50.00 MYR for orders below 680.00 MYR. Shipping is free for orders above 680.00 MYR.
Order(s) will be shipped via courier Teleport Pink within 3-5 working days after you receive the 'Order Confirmation' email.

SELF - COLLECTION
Self-collection of all orders is currently unavailable. Please select the right option for domestic shipping to receive your order(s).
REFUND POLICY
All goods sold are non-refundable. Requests for refunds will not be accepted.
EXCHANGE POLICY
If you have purchased the wrong size, we accept standard exchange of unused items in their original packaging.
Exchanged items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged with all original tags attached.
Please note that we will only do size exchanges for underwear of the same design/model.
The following items will not be eligible for exchanges:
1. Orders made with promotional codes, bank discounts, gift cards, store credits, birthday discounts and renewal vouchers.
2. Sale items.
EXCHANGE PROCEDURE
1. To make an exchange, please contact us within 14 calendar days from your order dispatch date.
2. Please wait for a confirmation email with return details from us before mailing the item(s) back via a fully trackable shipping method.
3. Please note: We are not liable for any missing/lost returns sent via non-trackable shipping. All exchange items must be received within 7 working days from the date the confirmation email was sent or the exchange will be void. All shipping fees for the exchange will be borne by the customer unless the exchange is due to incorrect item(s) (see below). We reserve the right to reject any exchanges that do not fulfill our exchange policy.
4. Store Credits: Once we have processed your returned parcel, we will issue you store credits within 3-5 working days of receiving your returned parcel. The store credit will be issued to you via email.
4.1 Store credits are valid for online purchases only.
4.2 Store credits will be issued for regular-priced items only, which can then be used to offset against a new order.
4.3 Store credit can be utilized in multiple transactions, with a minimum amount of SGD5 to be used from the store credit for each transaction.
4.4 Orders purchased with store credits will not be valid for any further exchanges.
4.5 Store credits are only valid for 90 days from the date of issue.
4.6 Store credits cannot be transferred to another account.
4.7 Store credits are non-refundable.

INCORRECT ITEMS
If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us with your order number and a picture of the incorrect item within 7 calendar days upon receiving your order.
If the item is no longer in stock, we will give you a full refund of the value of the incorrect item.
Return postage fees for returns / replacement items will be absorbed by us.
We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not fulfil our exchange policy.
